To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the unlikely event that you would like to make use of this arrangement, you must return the products in new condition and original packaging and enclose a fully completed return form. Please note: We only accept unused and complete items. Should a product not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. We will then refund the amount paid within 14 working days of registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in a good condition.
